Circular City Indicator Set
The objective of the CityLoops evaluation work is to ensure a comprehensive evaluation framework is established for all demonstration activities to assess their impact in promoting CE models and to assess the progress towards a more CE at the demonstration sites and the effectiveness of implementation of actions. This report presents a Circular City Definition Framework, the CityLoops Evaluation Framework and an Indicator Set to monitor the impact of the demonstration actions.
